DSCS is a full-service Lobbying Firm specializing in public policy strategy development and implementation and all facets of government relations including direct lobbying at the federal level, working within the federal authorization and appropriations processes, grassroots education and mobilization and political communications strategy development and implementation.

The Firm’s philosophy is to be results oriented, providing the policy deliverables DSCS clients seek, in an ethical, value-added manner.

The Firm’s founders, Alicia A. Dugan-Sykes and Ronald G. Sykes, collectively bring to bear over 40 years of Washington, D.C. political experience in managing the Firm’s Clients and Issue Portfolio. Dugan/Sykes Consulting Services was formally established in February 2007 in advance of the anticipated merging of each Principal’s individually-owned and operated Consulting companies, ADA Consulting Services, Inc. and RGS Enterprises, Inc. respectively. The Firm’s Principals have established track records of providing strategic planning, grassroots advocacy, and representation before the Congress and Administrative agencies on behalf of client interests.

Bringing together the combined resources of these two long-time Washington, D.C. area Firms will enhance the effectiveness and quality of services offered in servicing existing and in attracting potential new Clients.
